ISPSAT-HT Suspend / Re-Activate Form
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Use this form to request account suspension and/or re-activation of your ISPSAT/HughesNet Monthly Service Plan. Please make sure to enter the dates correctly and please do not assume that your account was or is going to be suspended or re-activated unless you get a confirmation notice from us to that effect. If you do not get a confirmation notice from us that your account has been suspended or re-activated per your request, it means that your request was not received or was somehow mishandled and was not processed.
We do not refund months of service that the account remained active if we did not confirm suspension or re-activation via a separate email to you!
Also, if you accidentally get billed the full amount of service the following month, after receiving a confirmation, please contact us, and we will credit you accordingly!
