Has your Starlink lost connection?
There are several reasons your Starlink system could show a “lost connection” error, but the most common issue we have noticed has been due to a loose cable at the antenna, especially with the Gen2 Rectangular Articulating Antenna. Simply unplug the cable and plug it back in, pushing it up into the antenna firmly, or just push it in firmly if you do not want to take the antenna off of the stand or out of a pipe adapter. You will likely regain connectivity within 5 – 7 minutes. If that doesn’t work, you may want to try Factory Resetting it!
