This is the high-frequency coaxial cable with a solid copper center conductor that is recommended and that we prefer to use with our ISPSAT HughesNet Gen5 Satellite Internet Systems, other Satellite Internet and our Satellite Television runs as as well, as it transfers more power, signal, and high-frequencies better on average, than the standard RG6 Coaxial cable that you typically find at Home Depot, Lowes, etc. This RG6 Cable is good with ISPSAT HughesNet Gen5 for up to 150′ runs, and then you should upgrade to RG11 for runs up to 280′.
This product is listed in 10′ increments to allow for proper shipping calculations, however you can request a 7′ piece with or without fittings on the ends, but you would do so by selecting a 10′ run and putting 7′ in the Order Notes so that we know exactly what you need. If you need 14′, you would order 15′ and put 14′ in the notes.
We have 1000′ rolls of this cable available here, and we also offer a tool and fitting kit here if you’d like to pre-wire a home or do it your-self.
DO NOT USE HEX CRIMPING TOOLS & FITTINGS if you are using this cable for satellite Internet as many of the hex connectors are not high-frequency and they are also not as reliable as compression style fittings and tools that we recommend and use for satellite Internet cable runs.
